The market was just never open from kudala.
Meaning you were never behind.

Another learnership or internship won’t fix it.

Access to global platforms.
Access to remote roles.
Access to clients who don’t care where you live, only what you can deliver.
In our last remote jobs challenge, we worked with young people who knew absolutely nothing about remote work.

Nada!
Today, some are applying daily.
Some are getting responses.
Some are even getting paid.
Same country.
Same background.
New market.
The shift is simple but powerful: stop competing locally where demand is low.
Start positioning globally where demand is real.
Focus on one clear skill → one clear system → one repeatable process.
